This purpose of this report is to detail a complete business plan for the Winner Corporation, a U.S. manufacturing company located in Tennessee. Winner Corporation builds power tools, lawn mowers, lawn furniture, microwaves, and ranges. All of the Winner corporation’s products are manufactured in Tennessee and sold through retailers such as Best-Buy, Sears, and Wal-Mart.
Currently the Winner Corporation has a successful business within the United States. The goal is too moved into the global market. So far, we have taken numerous approaches in our decision-making processes in efforts to reintroduce the Winner Corporation Company to a wider audience. We are doing this by boosting our advertising to create a more persuasive message for an expanding demographic and by pursuing process improvements to reduce production costs and maximize profitability.
