Caution: Shoulder Work Ahead!

Creating well-developed and balanced shoulders can be a daunting task. To say the least, it’s not easy. It requires focus, determination, and consistency. If you can manage these three, there is no reason you cannot build superior deltoids to improve your overall physique.

The shoulders are an important muscle group. They give the body balance and proportion. Well-developed shoulders provide the upper body width, they make the waist appear smaller, and it’s aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Position for Massage

Ask your partner to sit comfortably on a stool or a chair, ideally with a reasonably low back. The receiver should take off their shoes, loosen any tight clothing, uncross their legs and relax. If a cushion is available place it on the receiver’s lap so that he/she can place their hands lightly on it.

Massage for Headaches

The type of massage you use depends on the intensity of the headache and what your partner prefers. You can use very gentle feather stroking or deep firm pressure.
