Could you remember what you own? Forget it!

If you faced a disaster (fire, flood, tornado, burglary, etc.), could you remember all the contents your business owns? Your insurance company will request that you list each item, when it was purchased and what it cost. Impossible! Items will be forgotten, which will cost you money.

All businesses face the possibility of a fire, tornado, theft or other disaster.  The emotional stress you would experience is one other element few people think about. Without looking around, take a moment to list everything in your office.  Now try to do that for all of your company’s contents.  Impossible! Even more would be forgotten if you were not in familiar surroundings and were under the stress of a disaster.

STAGING A HOME TO SELL

The “For Sale” signs are popping up like wild flowers and yet the homes sit indefinitely on the market.  What does one do to get a quick sell in a slow market?

Pricing your home is the number one key. Even if you have had your home appraised in the past year we suggest you have it appraised again just before listing it on the market.  Set your price according to the appraisal and the comps in your area.  Over pricing your home will turn potential buyers away immediately.
